Questions about pricing
How does the Agency plan work?
Agency tiers are sized by how many LinkedIn accounts you connect to a single workspace, with larger tiers as your roster grows. Exact account-count breaks: {{PRICING_TBD}}. If you manage a very large roster, get in touch for a tailored plan.
What happens when I hit my monthly lead-import limit?
Imports pause until your next billing cycle, but you can keep working every lead already imported — nothing already in your pipeline is affected. Need more before then, upgrading to a higher plan raises the ceiling immediately.
Do I need a LinkedIn Sales Navigator subscription?
No. Every LinkedLeads feature works on a free or Premium LinkedIn account. A Sales Navigator subscription — bought separately from LinkedIn — raises your daily import ceiling and adds its own filters, but it's optional.
Can I cancel any time?

How does the "Team" feature handle access between teammates?
By default, the workspace owner does not see a teammate's inbox, pipeline or campaigns. Each teammate can choose to grant the owner access to help manage their account, but nothing is shared automatically.

Do I need to import my existing LinkedIn connections manually?
